In April 2024, Gallery L opened in Hiroo,Tokyo, featuring the AWATA COLLECTION, an exhibition exclusively composed of works by Lou Zhenggang.
Takaya Awata, President and CEO of Toridoll Holdings Corporation, which operates Marugame Seimen and other brands, is one of Japan's leading collectors of Lou Zhenggang's art.
Through this gallery, Mr. Awata hopes to share Lou Zhenggang's artistic vision with art enthusiasts, allowing them to experience the profound power of authentic works. His aspiration is for visitors to immerse themselves in a refined, residential setting where they can truly appreciate the joy of living with great art. This vision has been realized as Gallery L.

LOU ZHENGGANG
A calligrapher and painter, Lou Zhenggang moved to Japan at the age of 20, later relocating to the United States at 27, where she built a successful career on the international art scene.
